Inventory Analyst

Job Summary: Luv n’ care has an immediate job opening for an import inventory analyst in Monroe, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will have inventory management experience. This position requires the weekly review and analysis of sales history and projections from both retailers and company sources. Purchase order needs are to be identified and produced. Follow up to confirm on time delivery is essential. Orders for new products and promotions are to be placed in a timely manner with subsequent follow up required for on time delivery. Clerical duties are required to complete purchase orders. Attention to detail, multi-tasking, good communication skills both verbal and written, basic math skills, excellent computer skills especially in Excel and Word, initiative, ability to work independently, ability to work in conjunction with other departments and a strong sense of urgency are all qualities that are required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data and stock of all our items and you determine when to place orders with our factories.
• Follow up on orders placed and make sure orders are delivered on time.

Qualifications:

• Need to be able to pay attention to detail

• Must be able to multi-task
• Great communication skills both verbal and written
• Basic math skills
• Excellent computer skills especially in Excel and word
• Self motivated
• Able to work with team members in other departments
• Degree preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12 - $15 an hour
