Delivery & Returns

Order Processing

We process orders within 1-3 business days, typically shipping the next business day when possible. Processing times may vary based on order volume and seasonal factors.

Delivery Times

  • Expedited Options: Available at checkout for faster delivery
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $45 (ships via most cost-efficient method)

Note: Orders shipping outside the continental US may require additional delivery time. Large orders and peak seasons (especially Thanksgiving through Christmas) may result in longer processing and delivery times.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened and undamaged products within 60 days of purchase:

  1. Mail unopened, undamaged items to our return address
  2. Include a note with your order number and refund request
  3. Once received, we'll process your refund

IMPORTANT: We can only accept returns of:

  • UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED items
  • UNOPENED PAIRS of replacement parts (please compare replacement parts to originals before opening)
