Nuby’s 3D Character Sippy Cup makes your little one’s sips super fun. The molded silicone top features realistic characters that will make this sippy cup your child’s favorite cup to drink from. 3D characters spark your child’s imagination, making every sip an adventure! The soft silicone spout is gentle on children’s tender gums and emerging teeth. The spout is also designed to prevent drips and spills. Nuby knows little ones are animated and active, even while holding (or sometimes dropping) their drinks. That’s why we designed our cup spout with a pressure-sensitive TOUCH-FLO valve. This clever valve helps regulate fluid intake as children drink. As children suck on the spout, it opens to allow liquid to flow through. When sucking action ceases, the spout closes, ensuring a leak-resistant cup. Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return or exchange.
Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened and undamaged items within 60 days of purchase. Items that are damaged or defective may be returned even if opened, provided the damage or defect was not visible until the packaging was removed.
Please note that replacement parts should be compared to your original parts before opening to confirm they match. We can only accept back unopened pairs of replacement parts.
How to Return an Item
- Standard returns: Mail your unopened, undamaged item(s) to the address below. Include a note with your order number and a request for a refund. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund promptly.
- Damaged or defective items: Contact us first to receive a pre-paid return label. Include a note with your order number and indicate whether you'd prefer a refund or replacement. We will process your request upon receipt.
