The swing plays music, and uses a remote control or the Nuby mobile app, to help soothe and entertain little ones. The mobile app and Bluetooth capability make it easy for parents to choose their preferred swing speed settings, timing, and songs from the swing’s built-in selection, a USB drive, or songs and sounds from their own mobile device. The app is easy to install thanks to the convenient QR code for Android or iOS. For baby’s comfort, the swing features an ergonomic design that supports baby’s head and neck, while the 5-point safety strap ensures baby stays securely in place. The swing has a canopy with cute plush characters designed to entertain little ones.

Delivery & Returns
We endeavor to get orders to you as quickly as we can! It can take 1 to 3 days to process your order, as increased order volume and seasonal factors may affect our fulfillment team capacity. Whenever possible, we process orders the next business day, and we pass shipments to the various carriers the same day.
Delivery timeframes are dependent on which method you select at checkout. Carriers tend to deliver within 5-10 business days, unless you select and pay for a faster method of shipment. Free Shipping deliveries, where you spend $45 or more and opt to have us ship your order to you at our expense, will be delivered by the most cost efficient method. Please note shipments going outside of the contiguous 48 states may take additional time.
During peak holiday seasons, for example, after Thanksgiving and before Christmas, shipping can take additional time. Large orders may also require additional time before shipping. Please understand that all carriers experience service delays during peak seasons, and your order may likely take longer to deliver as a result.
We accept back unopened and undamaged products within 60 days of purchase. Simply mail your unopened, undamaged items to the address below, include a note requesting a refund, along with your order #, and once we receive the items, we will provide a refund to you.
