Babies grow up fast. When introducing new foods, utensils that help little ones transition from soft foods to semi-solid foods are essential to helping babies learn to self-feed. Nuby’s Baby’s First Spoons support each stage of self-feeding, from soothing sore gums to helping baby learn independence. Stage 1 is great for yogurts and purees, while Stage 2 easily scoops up thicker foods like oatmeal. When baby can handle more solid foods, the Stage 3 spoon is perfect for foods like mashed veggies. Baby’s First Spoons are designed to be easy for baby to grasp and hold.

We process orders within 1-3 business days, typically shipping the next business day when possible. Processing times may vary based on order volume and seasonal factors.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Options: Seasonally available at checkout for faster delivery
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 (ships via most cost-efficient method)

Note: Orders shipping outside the continental US may require additional delivery time. Large orders and peak seasons (especially Thanksgiving through Christmas) may result in longer processing and delivery times.

Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return or exchange.

Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened and undamaged items within 60 days of purchase. Items that are damaged or defective may be returned even if opened, provided the damage or defect was not visible until the packaging was removed. 

Please note that replacement parts should be compared to your original parts before opening to confirm they match. We can only accept back unopened pairs of replacement parts.

How to Return an Item

  • Standard returns: Mail your unopened, undamaged item(s) to the address below. Include a note with your order number and a request for a refund. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund promptly.
  • Damaged or defective items: Contact us first to receive a pre-paid return label. Include a note with your order number and indicate whether you'd prefer a refund or replacement. We will process your request upon receipt.
