Note: Orders shipping outside the continental US may require additional delivery time. Large orders and peak seasons (especially Thanksgiving through Christmas) may result in longer processing and delivery times.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened and undamaged products within 60 days of purchase:
- Mail unopened, undamaged items to our return address
- Include a note with your order number and refund request
- Once received, we'll process your refund
IMPORTANT: We can only accept returns of:
- UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED items
- UNOPENED PAIRS of replacement parts (please compare replacement parts to originals before opening)
