Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened and undamaged items within 60 days of purchase. Items that are damaged or defective may be returned even if opened, provided the damage or defect was not visible until the packaging was removed.
Please note that replacement parts should be compared to your original parts before opening to confirm they match. We can only accept back unopened pairs of replacement parts.
How to Return an Item
- Standard returns: Mail your unopened, undamaged item(s) to the address below. Include a note with your order number and a request for a refund. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund promptly.
- Damaged or defective items: Contact us first to receive a pre-paid return label. Include a note with your order number and indicate whether you'd prefer a refund or replacement. We will process your request upon receipt.
