WARNINGS: Adult assembly required. The steel frame can pop open with force; do not allow children to fold or unfold this product without supervision. Always return the folded tent to its carry bag when not in use. Tent is not intended to be used as a shelter during a thunderstorm. Place tent on level ground that is clear of obstructions, e/g/ stones or sharp objects. Do not place heavy objects on this product. Please discard tent immediately if the internal spring frame breaks or becomes bent. This product is not a toy. Never leave infant alone without adult supervision while using this or any other infant product. Do not leave tent in full sun and avoid the hottest hours of the day, between midday and 4 in the afternoon. Avoid leaving child too long in the tent in full sun because although t offers protection from the sun’s rays, it offers not protection against hot temperatures. To protect your child from the sun, dress them in protective clothing, apply sunscreen, and hydrate often. Never leave infant for more than 45 minutes inside the tenet without a break. Not intended for sleeping. Keep all flame and heat sources away from the tent fabric.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return or exchange.
Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened and undamaged items within 60 days of purchase. Items that are damaged or defective may be returned even if opened, provided the damage or defect was not visible until the packaging was removed.
Please note that replacement parts should be compared to your original parts before opening to confirm they match. We can only accept back unopened pairs of replacement parts.
How to Return an Item
- Standard returns: Mail your unopened, undamaged item(s) to the address below. Include a note with your order number and a request for a refund. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund promptly.
- Damaged or defective items: Contact us first to receive a pre-paid return label. Include a note with your order number and indicate whether you'd prefer a refund or replacement. We will process your request upon receipt.
